Access bash (ubuntu) console on Windows 10

  • Re: Custom console in settings

For those of us on Windows, it would be very helpful if we could set the console to be the bash console from Ubuntu, now that Windows 10 has the Linux subsystem available. I've been trying some hacks as Cmd.exe can start the bash console, but it would be cleaner if it was direct from Freeter.

  • Bash.exe is located at C:\Users[user]\AppData\Local\lxss\bash.exe or C:\Windows\System32\bash.exe they are diference cause you can install WSL from terminal or from windows store. This will be a rly nice feature.
